====== Service-Level agreements ======
nxmBackup is open source software and is developed and maintained by private individuals. Wherever possible, identified software errors will be corrected as quickly as possible and made available via new releases and updates.
If you discover any errors, you can contact //mr@nxmbackup.com// at any time.

If you need professional and reliable help, there are 3 service level agreements available, which can be booked through our [[https://nxmbackup.com/?post_type=product|shop]]. In general, each of these agreements has a term of one month. You can purchase these months individually or directly as a subscription.
