System options

Within the main menu, the system options can be set using the gear symbol. A new window is opening up:

• “Mountpath on backup restore”: A path must be specified here that nxmBackup uses for restores. Temporary files are stored there. The drive that contains this path should be able to provide as much free space as the largest virtual machine on the system needs with all of its virtual hard drives.
• “Restore system defaults”: Clicking on this will remove all settings and all jobs. The system is then back to the same state as when it was first executed. Backups themselves are not removed from the target storage.
